The Atlanta Falcons are quietly assembling an elite defensive front, setting the tone for a resurgent unit under defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich. Standout additions like Cameron Thomas, Gervon Dexter, and Za'Darius Smith are transforming the defensive line into a relentless force, with Nate Ollie shaping raw talent into immediate impact players. Even without Jaylen Walker and James Pearce Jr., the front line dominates, raising the question: How high is this group’s ceiling as youth continues to develop?
Secondary play is coming together behind AJ Terrell, Avieon Terrell, CJ Henderson, and rising safety DeMarco Hellams, forming a promising nucleus with plenty of upside. While the receiving talent across the NFL ensures ups and downs, Atlanta’s commitment to winning up front is redefining the team’s identity. Can this defense fuel the Falcons’ playoff push and silence doubters in the NFC South?
